城镇化进程中党风廉政建设探析——基于群众路线实践视角的思考

摘　　要：加强党风廉政建设的根本出路在于坚持群众路线,不断建设适应时代发展需要的党群联系机制,推动党员干部政治实践方式的转变。城镇化是党风廉政建设的重要场域,借助于城镇化进程中所动员的民众政治参与需求和所形成的政治交往平台,用群众参与式民主的政治实践构建党群关系,形成党员领导干部与人民群众深度互动机制,实现群众路线的民主机制实践落实,是当前党风廉政建设的有效措施。Upholding the Mass Line is the fundamental way for constructing a clean and honest administration. So it is important to develop the link mechanism between the party and the masses to adapt to the time and urge the party members and leaders to approach the masses. Urbanization is not only the important causation of highly frequent corruptions, but also the important field to build a clean and honest party and government where an effective measure is to use the political platform formed in the practice to reconstruct the relationship between the party and the masses so that an in-depth interactive mechanism between them will be forged and the mechanism of democratic practice really implemented.
