供应链买方信任的前因及信任对合约修改弹性的影响

摘　　要：以"买方信任"为切入点,对供应链企业间信任的前因进行了较为深入的探索,同时验证了信任对合约修改弹性的影响.通过对145份来自生产型企业的买方样本的实证分析,结果表明:声誉、专用资产投资、沟通质量认知、共同的价值观、人际信任以及制度环境均对买方信任具有显著的正向影响;买方信任与合约修改弹性显著正相关,可以通过增进信任水平来提高供应链的反应速度;政府部门需进一步优化制度环境,考虑到各前因要素的影响效果不同,供应链管理者要理性决策,切忌盲目投入.Based on buyer＇s trust, the antecedents of trust between supply chain partners are explored and the impact of trust on contract modification flexibility is verified. An empirical test is presented by using data collected from 145 samples of manufacturing firms which are buyers in their supply chain relationship. It is shown that reputation, specific asset investment, communication quality awareness, shared values, interpersonal trust, and the institutional environment all positively impact buyer-supplier trust. In addition, contract modification flexibility is significantly positive related to the level of trust and the response of supply chain can be promoted by increasing the level of trust between the partners. Furthermore, the government should improve the institutional environment, supply chain managers should be more rational in decision-making since the effect of antecedents are quite different.
