后危机时代金融监管国际合作的新动向和思考

摘　　要：后危机时代新兴市场国家的崛起和挑战,各国国内政治经济利益格局的调整,以及跨国金融监管组织的变革对金融监管国际合作的发展产生了巨大的影响。全球统一的监管标准越来越难以适应金融监管国际合作的形势,未来的金融监管国际合作中,尊重各国金融监管多样性和差异化的分权监管模式可能更有利于提高监管的效率。The challenges brought by the rise of emerging market countries in post-crisis era, the adjustment of domestic political and economic interests and changes of the international financial regulatory organization changes has produced great impact on the international cooperation in financial supervision. The unified global regulatory standards has witnessed more and more difficulties in adapting to the international cooperation in financial supervision. In the future international cooperation of financial supervision,it might be more conducive to enhancing regulatory efficiency to respect the decentralization model in financial regulation and diversified supervision models of different countries.
