摘　　要：欧亚战略集中体现了俄罗斯精英阶层的时代观和国际政治观,这构成了当代俄罗斯国家身份认同的基础。俄罗斯经济增长的放缓,是普京政府顺利实施欧亚战略所面临的最大挑战。只有在较为全面地理解俄罗斯欧亚战略的基础上,才能在中国提出"丝绸之路经济带"的倡议以及俄罗斯欧亚经济联盟即将成立的背景下,以及当前国际新形势下更好地审视中俄关系所面临的问题及前景。Eurasian strategy embodies the views of times and the international politics of Rus sian elite class, which constitutes the basis of Contemporary Russian national identity. The slo- wing down of the economic growth in Russia is the biggest challenge that the Putin administration {aces in completing its Eurasian strategy smoothly. Only with the more understanding of the Russian Eurasian strategy comprehensively, Can we better examine the problems and prospects of Sino-Russian relations.
