机场场务保障安全风险的主导因子分析

摘　　要：通过问卷调查和统计分析找出对机场场务保障安全存在关键影响的主导因子,并运用结构方程模型来进行验证。研究结果显示,人员保障因素、设备设施保障因素、环境保障因素和管理保障因素共同构成了机场场务保障安全风险的主导因子。其中设备设施保障因素对于机场场务保障安全风险的影响程度最高,其次是管理保障因素和人员保障因素,而环境保障因素的影响程度最低。该研究旨在明确场务保障安全风险因子的优先次序,提高安全风险管理的系统性和科学性,预防不安全事件的发生。By were found verifying for the se the hypotheses with questionnaires and statistical analysis, the dominant eurity risk of airfield service protection. Then the hypotheses were veri factors fled by constructing a structural equation model.The results show that the protection of human, equipment, environment and management together constitute the dominant factor of airfield security risk sources. Among which the environmental protection has the most important effect, the second are management and human protection, and the environmental protection has the minimal impact. The research is aimed at determining their precedence in security risk factors and increasing the systematic and scien- tific for security risk management ,and preventing the insecurity accidents to occur.
