摘　　要：公务员考试录用制度的建立与实施是我国行政管理体制改革的重要组成部分,由于我国正处于体制转轨时期,目前我国公务员考试录用制度并不尽如人意。在对我国公务员考试录用制度现状、问题及原因深入分析的基础上,借鉴西方、亚洲国家和地区公务员考试录用制度改革的经验,提出完善我国公务员考试录用制度的对策设计和改革构想。The establishment and implementation of civil servant examination is an important part of China＇s administrative system reform.Since China is in the transforming period, there are some aspects that are not so satisfying.Based on the analyses of present civil servant admission system, its problems and reasons, this paper pointed out that we should learn from experiences of civil servant admission system reforms of western and Asian countries and regions, improve our proposed countermeasures civil service examination system design,and then come up with corresponding strategies.
