武陵山区散居少数民族体质研究

摘　　要：为了解武陵山区散居少数民族体质状况,随机抽取该地区2500名20~59岁散居少数民族居民体质测试样本进行数理统计分析,同时随机抽取2500名同年龄段聚居少数民族居民作对比研究。结果表明,武陵山区散居少数民族居民除腰围、血压等体质监测指标之外,其它机能指标均低于聚居少数民族居民及全国均值。建议相关决策部门加大对该地区的体质监测力度与频度,贯彻落实少数民族扶持政策,加强体质健康认识与宣传工作,加大运动场地建设力度,积极培养社会体育指导员,改善当地居民生活习惯。In order to investigate the constitution of the minority scattered in Wuling mountain areas, 2500 scattered living minorities were selected randomly from that region,and their physical test samples were used for statistical analysis, meanwhile, random samples of 2500 minority inhabitants composed the comparative study.The results showed that, the functional indexes of the minority nationality scattered in Wuling mountainous areas were lower than that of the local inhabitants and the average national level, except their waist circumference, blood pressure and other physical monitoring indexes. Therefore, this thesis put forward the suggestions to the relevant decision-making departments： to strengthen the intensity and frequency of physical monitoring in that area, implement the supportive ethnic policies, enhance the physical health awareness and publicity work, reinforce the athletic ground construction,cultivate social sports instructors actively, and improve the living habits of the local residents.
