摘　　要：政治参与是表达、维护、实现个人及团体利益的现实途径。农民工权益维护是这一群体研究的热点。通过对农民工与其他社会阶层政治参与的比较和分析,发现农民工政治参与意识薄弱,各种形式的政治参与程度和参与质量都低于其他社会阶层。究其原因,从宏观讲是我国城乡二元体制的转型滞后;从微观看是农民工群体自身的经济社会地位低以及由此所带来的社会心理所造成的。因此,提高农民工政治参与程度和质量,维护农民工权益,必须从上述几个方面进行改革。The Political participation is a realistic way to express, maintain and achieve personal and group interests. Rights of migrant workers maintain the research focus of this group. This paper, by comparing and analyzing the political participation of migrant workers and other social strata, found out that migrant workers have little awareness of the political participation, and their political participation and the quality of the various forms of the participation are lower than other social class. From the macroscopic point of view, the reason is that the urban-rural dual system lags; from the micro speaking, the reason is their low economic and social status and their psychosocial problems. Therefore, the reform must be done from the above aspects for raising the level of political participation of migrant workers and safeguarding the interests of migrant workers.
