摘　　要：我国灵活就业可分为被动型和主动型。"被动型"灵活就业工资的决定不能完全取决于市场需求;二元经济结构模型可以解释灵活就业劳动力市场工资决定问题;仅依靠市场的自然调节,中国灵活就业劳动力市场在短期内难以自动趋于平衡,需要外力干预才能实现均衡发展。Chinese flexible employment labor market that is divided into active and passive types deals with the labor force who have lost jobs, surplus rural force, and newly graduated college students. It is not the demand, but the dual economic structure that explicates the wages in the passive flexible labor market. So the market alone cannot achieve the balance of the employment, and external intervention is needed.
