摘　　要：在定性分析影响农副产品加工因素的基础上,建立影响农副产品加工业多元回归模型,运用SPSS18统计软件,对多元回归模型进行逐步回归分析。结果表明,影响农副产品加工业的主要因素为私营工业企业的销售收入、全社会商品零售总额、财政支出额及农产品产值,这些因素对农副产品加工业影响较大,因此,出台支持农副产品加工业政策时,要特别考虑到这些方面。After making qualitative analysis of the influence factors of agricultural and sideline products processing ,the multiple regression model of influence factors is set up .Using the SPSS 17 .0 software ,the gradual regression of the model is analyzed .The results show that the major influence factors of the industry are the sales revenue of privately-ow ned industries ,total social volume of retail sale ,the fiscal expenditure and the output value of agricultural products .Therefore ,these factors should be considered when relevant supporting policies to the industry are made .
