摘　　要：地方政府对土地财政的依赖越来越重,已经影响到地方经济的可持续发展,如何解决地方政府的土地财政问题已经十分迫切。本文分析了"土地财政"的现状、成因及其弊端,最后提出"土地财政"的治理对策。As local governments increasingly rely on land finance ,it has affected the sustainable development of local economy .How to solve local governments＇land financial problems has been very urgent .This paper analyzes the situation ,causes and disadvantages of the ＆quot;land finance＆quot;.Some countermeasures are put forward .
