摘　　要：政府形象是一种无形资产,政府形象的好坏直接关系到政府日常工作开展的效果。我国政府形象管理的缺失对公共危机处理效果造成了很大影响,探索政府公共危机形象管理存在的问题并提出对策,对于政府公信力的培养和行政能力的提升有极其重要的意义。The government image is an intangible asset, which is directly related to the daily work of the government. Lack of management of the government image caused great influence on results of public crises. The paper discusses problems and countermeasures in management of public crises, which will have extremely vital significance in raising the credibility of the government and the administrative abihty.
