农民工型白领社会融合问题及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：农民工型白领是指14岁前来自于农村,目前在企事业单位从事专业技术、教育、管理和文职工作并在工作城市生活的群体。通过2008CGSS数据,对农民工型白领群体的社会融合状况进行多元线性回归方程模型分析,社会融合分为心态融合、经济融合、社会交往融合、自我身份认同、城市情感五个维度。研究表明工作收入感知、政治关系感知、与同事关系、认识正确的人的重要性、所属阶级、薪水满意度、与老板上司关系、联系非同住家人数和教育年限等因素对社会融合的不同维度产生显著影响。为了进一步实现社会融合,应采取加强双向互动性、政府干预防范人才外流,多维度社会融合等措施。White - collar migrant workers came from rural areas before 14 years old, and currendy are engaged in professional technology, education, management and clerical work in enterprises and public institutions and live in the cities where they work. Through 2008CGSS data, model analysis of multiple linear regression equation is made of the social fusion situation of white - collar migrant workers. Social fusion is made up of mind fusion, economic integration, social integration, self- identity and city emotion. The study shows that income perception, perception of political relations, relationship with colleagues, importance of the right people, social stratum, salary satisfaction, relationship with the boss, contact with the family and years of education all have great significance in the five aspects of social fusion. In order to achieve social integration, measures should be taken to strengthen two - way interactivity, government intervention to prevent the brain drain, the multi dimension of social integration.
