摘  要:采用大单体技术,将马来酸聚乙二醇单酯大单体与丙烯腈进行接枝共聚,合成了以聚丙烯腈为主链、马来酸聚乙二醇单酯为支链的新型接枝共聚物。通过采用DSC、步冷曲线和特性黏度测试表征了接枝共聚物的热性能、保温性能和相对分子质量。结果表明,PAN-g-MAPEG的结晶焓和熔融焓为49.92和53.43J/g,分别为理论值的70.95%和64.24%;在反复的相变过程中,吸热、放热稳定,热稳定性好;接枝共聚物的保温性能良好,保温平台大约出现在35℃,持续大约6min;接枝共聚物的相对分子质量达到71 431。A novel graft copolymer was synthesized by macromonomer technology,in which the polyethylene glycol-maleic acid monoester macromonomer was side chain and the polyacrylonitrile was skeleton.The thermal properties,thermal insulation properties and relative molecular weight of the graft copolymer were characterized by DSC,cooling curve and intrinsic viscosity.The results indicated the crystallization enthalpy of 49.92J/g and melting enthalpy of 53.43J/g,which were 70.95%and 64.24% of the theoretical value.In the repeated phase transition process the absorption and release of heat of the graft copolymer was stable,suggested the good thermal stability. Moreover,the graft copolymer showed good thermal insulation property,in which the thermal insulation platform appeared at about 35℃and last for about 6min.The relative molecular weight of graft copolymer could reach 71 431.
