摘　　要：Rowell综合征表现为红斑狼疮并发多形红斑皮损,临床上少见。该文报道1例临床上符合Rowell综合征诊断标准的患者,并复习了Rowell综合征的相关文献,对Rowell综合征的临床意义进行讨论。Rowell＇s syndrome is a rare presentation which characterized by lupus erythematosus with erythema multiforme-like lesions. Here we presented a clinical case which fuliflled the diagnostic criteria of Rowell＇s syndrome, and reviewed the literature related to Rowell syndrome, meanwhile the clinical signiifcance was discussed.
