摘　　要：目的探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)患者CD4+T淋巴细胞、皮损组织及血清中白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)的水平,以及其在CA免疫发病机制中的作用。方法采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)及酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测20例CA患者CD4+T淋巴细胞、皮损组织中及血清IL-17、IFN-γ的水平,并与20名正常人作比较。结果 CA患者CD4+T淋巴细胞中IL-17高于正常对照组(P<0.01),IFN-γ水平也高于正常对照组(P<0.01);皮损组织中IL-17高于正常对照组(P<0.01),同样IFN-γ水平也高于正常对照组(P<0.01);血清中IFN-γ的水平高于对照组(P<0.05),而IL-17与正常对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人乳头瘤病毒感染可引起患者细胞免疫功能异常,IFN-γ、IL-17在CA发病机制中可能起重要作用。ObjectiveTo investigate the levels of interleukin-17 （IL-17） and interferon-γ （IFN-γ） in CD4＋T cells, lesional tissue and serum from patients with condyloma acuminatum（CA）.MethodsQuantitative PCR and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） were used to detect the levels of IL-17, IFN-γ in CD4＋T cells, lesional tissue and serum from 20 CA patients and compared with 20 normal subjects.ResultsThe levels of IL-17 in CD4＋ T cells of CA patients were higher than the normal control group （P〈0.01）, IFN-γ levels were also higher than normal control group （P〈0.01）. This situation also occured in the lesions organization. The serum IFN-γ levels increased in CA patients （P〈0.05）, but for the IL-17 levels, the difference had no statistically signiifcant （P〉0.05）.ConclusionHuman papilloma virus （HPV） infection can cause dysfunction of cellular immunity of the patients, IFN-γ, IL-17 may play an important role in the CA immune pathogenesis.
