摘　　要：在房改过程中对公房进行出售 ,引发了对售后公房产权问题的争议 ,文章认为公房售后产权应属于共有 ,在形式上为共同共有 。The selling of public housing in the housing reform aroused the dispute over the property right of after-sale public housing.This paper argues that the right is shared,and the rights and duties of those who share the property have their own characteristics. [
