摘　　要：地下水监测与管理系统是以地下水位、水量等监测数据为基础,以安全可靠的通信技术和计算机网络为手段,充分利用数字化、网络化、智能化和可视化等高新技术,将地理信息、监测信息和预警信息综合运用到地下水的开发与管理,对实现地下水资源科学管理、可持续利用、经济与环境协调发展提供有力的保障。The groundwater monitoring and management system based on groundwater,water and other monitoring data as the basis for secure and reliable communications and computer networks as a means to GIS technology as the core,take full advantage of digital,networked,intelligent and high-tech visualization technology,and takes geographic information,monitoring information and early warning information to the integrated use of groundwater development and management of groundwater resources for achieving scientific management,sustainable use,economic and environmental development to provide strong protection.
