摘　　要：利用自制的自动采样循环反吹导流器与常规氧化锆氧量分析器的组合以及对其改造,可把常规氧化锆氧量分析器的低端产品变为高性能的氧量分析器产品。它不仅颇适宜在某些高温、高粉尘的电厂锅炉(例如高温和/或高粉尘的流化床锅炉)或热处理气氛炉中使用,而且还能够解决目前行业内的难题——检测器的灰堵问题。本装置最突出的优点是采用的反吹气体是被测烟气,因此反吹气体对测量状态无干扰。Using the combination and modification of an automatic sampling and circulating blow-back and guiding devices made by self-made with an common zirconia oxygen analyzer,the low-end product of zirconia oxygen analyzer can be turned into high performance zirconia oxygen analyzer.It not only is suitable for power plant boilers in the high temperature and high dust environment （for example,with high temperatures and / or high dust fluidized bed boiler）or the use of heat treatment and the atmosphere in the furnace,but also can solve a difficult problem of ash blocking problem of the detector within the trader.The most outstanding advantage of theses devices is that blow-back gas is the measured gas,therefore purge gas on measurement data without interference.
