摘  要:目的:探讨中药经筋综合辨证外敷治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照研究方式,将120例单膝骨性关节炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,其中以经筋综合辨证外敷治疗膝骨性关节炎56例(治疗组),与通痹散、解毒散、消瘀散辨证治疗膝骨性关节炎55例(对照组)进行临床疗效对比。结果:2组患者治疗后VAS评分及WOMAC评分与治疗前比较均有下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组能更有效的降低疼痛程度及改善关节活动功能,2组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:中药经筋综合辨证外敷治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of external application by TCM differentiation comprehensively reinforcement on knee osteoarthritis ( KOA) .Methods:Chooses 120 patients of single knee osteoarthritis ,randomly divided the cases into a treatment group and a control group .56 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis treated with external application by TCM differentiation comprehensively reinforcement ( treatment group ) , while 55 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis treated with external application of Tongbi Power ,Xi-aoyu Power, Jiedu Power by TCM differentiation (control group).Results:After treatment, the VAS score, Knee synovial thickness , joint effusion and the WOMAC score of the 2 groups were both decreased compared with treatment before .There was significant different be-tween the 2 groups(P〈0.05).The treatment group could reduce pain , synovial thickness and joint effusion , improve joint activities func-tion more effectively than the control one , There was significant different between the 2 groups(P〈0.05), and the teratment group was significant better than the control one .Conclusion:The external application by TCM differentiation comprehensively reinforcemenare signif -icantly effective in treating knee osteoarthritis , and it should be worth promoting .
