分析三黄汤加味坐浴治疗痔疮临床疗效

摘　　要：目的：观察分析用三黄汤加味坐浴的方法治疗痔疮的临床效果。方法选择99例痔疮患者为观察对象，随机分为治疗组50例用三黄汤加味煎成的中药汁坐浴，对照组49例用1：5000的高锰酸钾溶液坐浴，观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为92%，对照组总有效率为67.3%，治疗组明显优于对照组。结论三黄汤有清热解毒、消肿止痛的作用，煎后取汁坐浴直接作用在病变局部，对痔疮能明显改善患者的临床症状，减轻患者的痛苦。Objective to observe the clinical effect of treating hemorrhoids analysis method with three decoction Jiawei sitz bath. Methods 99 cases of hemorrhoids patients were selected, randomly divided into three decoction Jiawei decoction into treatment group 50 cases of chinese medicine juice bath, 49 cases in the control group Potassium Permanganate solution bath 1：5000, observe the treatment effect of the two groups. Results the total effective rate of treatment group was 92%, total effective rate of the control group was 67.3%, signiifcantly better than the control group. Conclusion three decoction has heat clearing and detoxicating, detumescence and acesodyne effect, decocted juice bath a direct role in the lesion, the hemorrhoids can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the pain of patients.
