神经重症监护室意识障碍患者的26例护理体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨神经重症监护室意识障碍患者的护理体会。方法选取我科收治的意识障碍换26例进行分析研究，随机将其分为对照组与观察组，对照组患者实施常规的护理措施，观察组患者实施有效的护理干预措施，比较两组患者的并发症发生率以及呼吸机使用时间。结果观察组患者经有效的护理干预措施，患者的并发症发生率以及呼吸机使用时间均明显低于对照组，经比较具有显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论对于神经重症监护室意识障碍的患者实施有效的护理干预措施，缩短呼吸机治疗时间，能够明显的降低患者并发症的发生率，提高临床治疗效果。Objective to explore the nursing experience of patients with neurological intensive care unit of consciousness disorder. Method carries on the analysis of disturbance of consciousness in our department were replacedin 26 cases,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group with routine nursing measures,observe the implementation of effective intervention group patients,compared two groups of patients with complication rate and time of mechanical ventilation.Results in the observation group were treated by effective nursing interventions,patients complication rate and time of mechanical ventilationwere significantly lower than the control group,by comparison withsignificant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion for neurological intensive care unit patients with disturbance of consciousness of the effective nursing interventions,shorten the ventilator treatment time,can signiifcantly reduce the incidence of complications in patients,improve the clinical treatment effect.
