试论内蒙古经济建设方针和在西部大开发中的对策

摘　　要：内蒙古的经济建设已走过了半个多世纪的历程 ,取得了辉煌的成就 ,积累了丰富的经验。在各个时期 ,自治区都对经济建设方针进行了认真的探索。进入社会主义现代化建设的新时期后 ,自治区于 1979年制定了“林牧为主 ,多种经营”的经济建设方针。此后 ,在实践中不断根据实际情况调整思路 ,形成了“坚持以‘两个转变’、‘两个提高’总揽经济工作全局”的方针。2 0年的发展实践充分证明了这一系列方针的正确。在西部大开发中 ,必须把握机遇 ,迎接挑战 ,发挥自治区的优势 。People of the Inner Mongolia have attained significant achievements and accumulated abundant experience in the economy construction for the last fifty years,meanwhile they have sought earnestly the guiding principle for economic construction.After entering the new period of socialist construction of modernization,the guiding principle for economic construction of the centered forest and husbantry and diversified economy was established in Inner Mongolia in 1979.With adjusting ideas according to actual condition,people of the Inner Mongolia gradually formulated the principle of persisting in two transformations and improvements and monopolizing the economic work′s overall situation.Through the practice of the last twenty years these principles are proved to be correct.In the large scale development of China′s west,we should seize the opportunity and meet the challenge and amplify the advantages in order to strengthen the guiding function of economic construction principle in Inner Mongolia.\;
