摘　　要：国有银行在国企改革中发挥作用的措施 :抓大放小 ,重建银企关系 ,支持优势企业 ,防止资产流失 ,提供多元化服务 ,推行债转股 ,转变银行机制。To develop their effects on the reform of State-owned enterprises the state-owned banks may take some of the following countermeasures:Re-establishing the relationship between the bank and the enterprise;Supporting the superior enterprise;Preventing the assets from loss;Offering polyatomic services;Practising transformation from liability to stocks;Changing the bank operating system.
