摘 要:提出了一种次谐波混频技术结合宽带匹配滤波电路的设计方法,能有效降低本振源的制作难度,并可扩展中频带宽.应用高频场仿真软件以及谐波平衡仿真软件,研制了两个频段的超宽带次谐波混频器.测试结果:K频段混频器,固定本振频率15GHz,射频频率在18~26.5GHz的频带内变化时,变频损耗小于10.7dB,最小变频损耗为7.5dB;Ka频段混频器,固定本振频率22GHz,射频频率在26.5~40GHz的频带内变化时,变频损耗小于11.5dB,最小变频损耗为8dB.测试结果指标与传统的双平衡混频器指标相当,证明了电路设计方案的正确性.This paper gives the design method of harmonic mixing technique combined with broadbandmatching filter circuit. The design difficulty of local oscillator(LO) source can be greatly reduced and in-termediate frequency bandwidth can be extended by adopting the design method. With HFSS and ADS, twoSub -harmonic mixers are designed. When LO frequency is 15 GHz,and radio frequency varies from18 GHz to 26. 5 GHz,the conversion loss of K-band mixer is less than 10. 7 dB and the least is 7. 5 dB.When LO frequency is 22 GHz,and radio frequency varies from 26. 5 GHz to 40 GHz,the conversion lossof Ka-band mixer is less than 11. 5 dB and the least is 8 dB. The test results can be compared with that oftraditional double balance mixer,which proves the correctness of the design method.
