摘　　要：在借鉴TQM理论的基础上,分析专业学位研究生教育的参与人、培养过程、教育特点以及与未来职业匹配的关系,构建专业学位研究生教育的质量保障循环体系,并剖析质量监控要素间的关联关系,提出了基于"知识掌握"和"职业需求"构建不同主体参与的多维教育质量保障框架。Based on the TQM theory ,a study is conducted on participants in professional degree education ,training process and features of training ,and the relationship between these and the participants＇future employment .A quality assurance action cycle is developed for professional degree education and the relationship among the elements of quality control is analyzed .It is proposed that a multidimensional education quality assurance framework should be built on the basis of knowledge mastery and professional needs .
