摘　　要：中国近代大学精神的形成与发展是发生在中外文化第二次碰撞的时代背景下,在继承中国传统大学之道的基础上,借鉴和融合西方大学精神,从而形成具有特定内涵和特色的本土化大学精神,成为中国近代大学发展的原动力。Under the background of the second collision between Chinese and foreignculture,spirits of modern Chinese Universities was formated and developmented. It is resultof inheriting Chinese Traditional University foundation and learning and integrating spiritsof the Western universities so as to form the specific contents and characteristics. It hasalso become the driving force behind the development of the modern Chinese universities.
