格列美脲不同药物联用治疗2型糖尿病的成本—效果分析

摘　　要：目的运用药物经济学中的成本—效果分析方法评价格列美脲不同药物联用治疗2型糖尿病短期药物经济学效果,从而指导临床更合理选择和应用药物。方法选取90例病人,运用成本—效果分析方法评价口服降糖药三种给药方案(A组:格列美脲+二甲双胍缓释片;B组:格列美脲+阿卡波糖;C组:格列美脲+吡格列酮)治疗2型糖尿病的药物经济学效果。结果 3种方案的有效率分别为86.7%、90.0%、96.7%。C方案疗效要优于A、B方案,但是B、C组使用的费用比A组明显增高。结论三组的总有效率及不良反应发生率的比较经检验差异无统计学意义。3种治疗方案都能理想的控制血糖,从药物经济学的角度分析,A方案为佳。Objective To evaluate the effect of short - ternl drug econonaics of Glinaepiride combined with different drugs in treatnaent of type 2 diabetes naellitus using the analysis naethods of pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness, so as to provide reference for the rational drug use. Methods 90 cases of type -2 DM patients were divided randomly into 3 groups.＇fhe cost-effectiveness analysis,three kinds of oral hypoglycenaic drugs （ group A ： Glimepiride conabined with naetfornain; group B ： Glinaepiride conabined with glucobay ; group C ： Glinaepiride conabined with Pioglitazone） were perfornaed and conapared to evaluate the effect of short-term drug economics in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results The efficiency of 3 Schemes were 86.7% .90.0% .96.7%. The efficacy of C regimen is better than A m^d B,but the B group and C group were significantly higher than the cost of A. Conclusion Compared with the three gro,tp, the total efficient arid incidence of adverse reactions were no significant difference. Control of blood glucose of 3 therapeutic schemes can be ideal, but the scheme of Glimepiride combined with metformin is preferred from the arhslysis of pharmaceuticaleconomics.
