摘 要:鉴于目前产品创新设计服务平台的设计用户类型众多、资源形式复杂,不同用户要快速、准确地获取其所需信息比较困难,提出了一种基于用户模型的产品创新设计服务平台框架并实现了相应系统的开发.通过建立基于本体的用户模型以获取用户兴趣,为平台用户提供3种方式获取不同用户的兴趣.基于用户模型构建了包括用户层、应用服务层、个性化操作层及资源层四个层面的平台架构,并为用户提供基于用户需求的特定服务流程,从而能够辅助用户有效获取所需信息,实现对用户设计过程的支持.Due to the current product innovation design platform of many types of users and com- plicated forms of resource, it is difficult to obtain the required information for different users quickly and accurately. A product innovation design service platform framework based on the us- er model was proposed, and the development of the corresponding system was achieved. Through the establishment of ontology-based user model for acquiring user's interests, the user model of- fered three different ways to obtain the user's interests. Based on the user model, a new architec- ture composed of the user layer, application service layer, personalized operational layer and re- source layer was built, and the implementation process for users of the specific service based on user requirements was provided, which can assist users to effectively obtain the necessary infor- mation and achieve support for the user in the design process.
