Study and Evaluation on Salt Resistance of Autumn Cucumber Cultivars at Seed Germination Period under NaCl Stress

摘  要:研究了NaCl胁迫对5个秋地黄瓜品种种子发芽特性的影响。研究结果表明,不同黄瓜品种对盐胁迫反应不同,随着NaCl胁迫浓度的增大,其对种子萌发的抑制作用明显增强;种芽不同器官对盐胁迫反应不同,随盐浓度的升高,胚轴鲜质量下降最快,其次为子叶和胚根;0.4%NaCl是评价秋地黄瓜种子萌发期耐盐性的适宜胁迫浓度;在0.4%NaCl盐胁迫条件下,5个秋地黄瓜耐盐性由高到低排序为新唐山秋黄瓜>唐山秋黄瓜>四季秋黄瓜>合水老来少黄瓜>本地王中王。We studied the effects of NaCl stress on seed germination characteristics of five autumn cucumber cultivars. The results showed that, different cucumber had different responses to salt stress, and as the NaCl concentration increased, its inhibition effect on seed germination was significantly enhanced. Different bud organs had different responses to salt stress, and as salt concentration increased, the fresh weight of hypocotyl decreased fastest, followed by cotyledon and radicle. 0.4% NaCl was suitable to evaluate the salt tolerance of autumn cucumber at seed germination period. Under the 0.4% NaCl salt stress, the order of salt tolerance of the five cucumber cultivar was as follows: New Tangshan Autumn Cucumber〉Tangshan Autumn Cucumber〉Seasons Autumn Cucumber〉Heshui Laolaishao Cucumber〉Local King Cucumber.
