摘  要:采用生长速率法测定了9种杀菌剂对茄子褐纹病菌的抑菌作用。试验结果表明,供试9种杀菌剂对该病菌均有抑制效果,25%咪鲜胺乳油的毒力最强,EC50值为0.025 2 mg/L;20%噻唑锌悬浮剂的毒力最弱,EC50值63.933 9 mg/L;30%苯甲·丙环唑悬浮剂、70%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂、30%苯甲·嘧菌酯悬浮剂、25%丙环唑乳油、70%丙森锌·甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂、40%苯醚甲环唑悬浮剂、80%福·福锌可湿性粉剂的毒力依次减弱。We measured the toxicity of nine fungicides on Phomopsis vexans by using the mycelium growth rate method. The results showed that all the nine fungicides could inhibit the growth of P. vexans, among them, 25% prochloraz emulsifiable concentrate (EC) had the strongest fungistasis, with the EC50 value of 0.025 2 mg/L, while 20%thiazole zinc suspension concentrate (SC) had the weakest fungistasis, with the EC50 value of 63.933 9 mg/L. Among the rest seven fungicides, the inhibition effect decreased successively as follows:30%difenoconazole·propiconazol SC, 70%thiophanate-methyl wettable powder (WP), 30% difenoconazole·azoxystrobin SC, 25% propiconazol EC, 70% propineb·thiophanate-methyl WP, 40%difenoconazole SC, 80%thiram·ziram WP.
