浅谈氮气缸代替全顶杆新工艺

摘　　要：汽车前门内板、后门内板是车身中制件型面比较复杂的钣金件,在生产过程中制件稳定性较差,出现起皱问题不易解决,导致车间生产停线以及增加制件报废率等问题,现采用氮气缸代替原气垫压力及顶杆工艺,起皱有了很大的解决,提升了生产效率,降低了整车成本。Car plate, back door panel in the front door is the body parts in the type face more complex sheet metal parts, parts in the process of production stability is poorer, wrinkling problems difficult to solve, lead to workshop production stop line and increase the rate of scrap parts, the main problems we use nitrogen cylinder and plunger process instead of the original air cushion pressure, wrinkling great resolve, improved the production efficiency, reduce the cost of the vehicle.
