摘  要:针对塑料瓶塞的结构特征提出了基于标准模架实现二次脱模的新型机构。在标准模架上增加推板连杆、滑块、压缩弹簧及楔形压块,完成一次脱模后,新增机构协同工作实现塑件的强制脱模。另外,通过增加限位螺钉和弹簧实现了自动化生产。这种机构结构简单、动作可靠、成本低廉,克服了传统二次脱模机构加高垫块、增加模具的闭合高度的缺点,很好地解决了模具的可靠性、稳定性及实用性问题。A new secondary ejection structure which aims to a type of plastic bottle cork character is proposed based on standard mold carrier. The modification to the standard mold carrier is adding the special connection rod on push pedal, sliding block and compression spring, which composes the secondary ejection structure. After the first ejection, the new structure starts to work and fulfils the forced demoulding of the molding parts. In order to realize the automated production the special spacing screw and spring is added to the standard mold carrier. The advantages of the proposed structure is simple, motion steady and low cost, and it also overcomes the shortages of increase of cushion block and closing height of the mold and solves the problems of molding reliability, stability and practicability.
