摘　　要：美国大学图书馆兴起的读者决策采购(PDA)被介绍进入我国,对于提高高校图书馆馆藏文献的利用率具有巨大作用。但是,鉴于高校图书馆经费普遍紧张、读者阅读存在相对较大差异性等情况,在我国实施PDA,存在经费如何分配、读者点击购买的触发标准难以确定等障碍。借助模糊综合判断方法,可以有效解决这些障碍。PDA plays an important role in increasing the utilization ratio of university library collection, which was introduced into our country from American university library. However, in view of the generally tight funding for university libraries, and large difference in reading, etc., In the implementation of PDA, there are some obstacles in allocating funds and determining the trigger criteria by the reader. By the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, we can effectively solve these obstacles.
