摘　　要：目的评价早期护理干预对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的影响。方法检索国内数据库VIP、中国知网、万方等数据库，收集早期护理干预对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者影响的随机对照试验，采用RevMan5．2软件进行统计处理。结果纳入文献6篇，干预组患者的吞咽功能恢复有效率较对照组显著提高。结论早期护理干预可以有效促进脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的康复。Objective To evaluate the effect of early nursing interventions on the dysphagia of strok e patients. Methods The randomized controlled trials （RCT） on early nursing interventions were collected using the database such as Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database （VIP）, China national knowledge internet （CNKI） and Wanfang Database. The results were analyzed with RevMan5.2 Software. Resuits Six studies were included in the study. The dysphagia recovery rate was significantly increased in the intervention group. Conclusions Early nursing interventions can effectively promote the dysphagia function recovery of stroke patients.
