关于统筹城乡发展战略的几点思考

摘　　要：党的十八大提出要在前期发展的基础上,进一步统筹城乡发展,促进城乡共同繁荣。在新的基础上,更有效实现农村经济的跨越式发展,必须进一步明确统筹城乡发展的主体;将统筹城乡发展的重心工作置于农村赶超城市方面;加大农村基础设施的建设,实现城乡公共服务均等化;借助农业股份公司的核心力量实现农村公司化、农业企业化、农民市民化。The Communist party’s 18th National Congress pointed out to increase the intensity of balancing de-velopment between urban and rural,and promote the common prosperity of urban and rural areas. On the new ba-sis,the great-leap-forward development of rural economy is achieved more efficiently. To further define the subject of balancing urban and rural development;The policy focus of balancing development between urban and rural seems to catch up with the urban;Strengthen rural infrastructure construction to achieve the equalization of urban-rural in public service;With the help of agricultural joint-stock company strength to realize the rural companies, agricultural industrialization,urbanization of farmers.
