大学生村官创业情况调查研究——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：通过问卷调查与深入访谈,对大学生村官的创业态度和创业环境机制进行分析。研究表明:创业作为大学生村官职业生涯规划较为重要的一部分,大学生村官对创业所持的态度存在差异,为提升大学生村官的创业水平,要通过构建创业文化、营造创业氛围,提升基层创业的吸引力。针对有创业意愿的大学生村官,应当为其创业提供有利的支持,包括以下几个方面:优化创业政策,满足创业需求;强化创业人才培训,提升创业能力;加大创业项目扶持,提高创业成功率;组建创业团队,保持创业项目的持续性;建立创业风险分担机制,降低创业风险。In order to analyze the attitude for the innovative undertaking of the college-graduate village ofifcials, the policy environment support mechanisms are undertaken by the-questionnaire survey and deeply interviewing method. The results show that the innovative undertaking is one of the most important choices of the college-graduate village officials’ career planning. The innovative undertaking attitude of the college-graduate is different. Improve the attraction of the innovative undertaking by construction the culture and forming the surroundings of the innovative undertaking .Some measures should be taken for the college-graduate village officials those who have the willing for the innovative undertaking. The measures are as following: refine the innovative undertaking policies and fulifll the demand of innovative undertaking;enforce the talent training and improve the business enterprise ability;increase support for efforts to the project of the innovative undertaking and improve the success rate;build the team of innovative undertaking and keep the constancy of the entrepreneurial project;establish the mechanism of entrepreneurial risk sharing and reduce the risk of innovative undertaking.
