摘　　要：当前严峻的就业形势给大学生就业带来很大冲击。大量待业、失业毕业生涌入社会不仅影响公众对高等教育作用和政府社会管理能力的信心,而且影响社会和谐稳定与健康发展。减弱和消除大学生就业困境是政府应有职责。政府的举措和政策虽有效缓解了当前的就业压力,但由于当前大学生就业市场失灵、就业政策落实不到位和就业政策选择中政府责任缺位和越位等问题存在,政府有必要建立强化公共服务责任、落实以就业为核心的公共政策体系和完善法规、强化监督、落实责任等一系列责任体系,更好地促进大学生就业。The severe employment situation brought a great impact on employment in the present .A large number of unemployed graduates into society will not only affect public conifdence in the higher education and the government's social management capacity, but also affect social harmony and stability and healthy development.. Weakening and elimination of college students' employment is the government responsibility. Measures and policies of the government is effective in relieving the current employment pressure, but because of the failure of graduate market, employment policy does not reach the designated position and absence of government responsibility, misalignment and offside, government is necessary to establish responsibility for strengthening public services, public policy system to implement employment and improve the laws and regulations, strengthen supervision, implement the responsibility system of responsibility, to better promote the Graduate Employment.
