摘 要:为了解决锥形细长阶梯轴车削加工困难的问题,针对可拆卸穿墙螺栓锥形细长阶梯轴类零件的三辊楔横轧成形工艺进行分析研究。通过轴向轧制力理论计算和有限元模拟分析,得到了三辊楔横轧轧机在轧制非对称轴时的各楔起楔位置,并给出了适合的展宽角β、楔数和坯料尺寸。分析了轧件在三辊楔横轧轧制工况下的非对称轴轧制成形过程中各阶段的应力场和应变场分布状况,以及轧件内部的材料流动速度场和位移场。得到了轧件各特征点的应力应变在整个轧制过程中随时间的连续变化规律。In order to solve the problem of processing difficulties in conical slender multi-diameter shaft turning, the three-roll cross wedge rolling process of conical slender multi-diameter shaft used as removable wall bolt was analyzed. Through the theoretical calculation of axi- al rolling force and finite element analysis, the each primary wedge position, the suitable broadening angle β, the wedge number and the blank size in non-symmetry axis rolling by three-roll cross wedge rolling mill were obtained. The distribution of stress and strain fields for various stages in the forming process of non-symmetry axis rolling under the condition of three-roll cross wedge rolling and the velocity and displacement fields of material flow inside the rolling parts were analyzed, as well as the stress and strain continuous variation law with time for the feature points in the whole rolling process.
