摘 要:以通快公司生产的某型号数控冲床为研究对象,介绍了该型号数控冲床中旋转丝杠冲头装置的结构及其工作原理,并对其丝杠进行了有限元分析。对丝杠模型进行简化,使用有限元分析软件ANSYS通过模态分析得到了丝杠前10阶固有频率和振型,并通过实验验证了建模和分析的正确性。模态分析结果表明,当激振频率接近第八阶固有频率时,易对冲头造成破坏。因此在设计时可根据固有频率得到丝杠刚性薄弱的部位,给予加强,并对其进行谐振响应分析,观察丝杠在外部激振下的响应,校核安全条件下丝杠的最高转速,尽量避免丝杠冲头在谐振频率下工作。A certain type high-speed CNC made by TRUMPF was studied, the structure and working principle of rotating screw punch were introduced, and the electric screw punch was analyzed based on finite element analysis. The screw punch model was simplified, and the first ten order undamped natural frequency and mode shape of screw based on model analysis were obtained by using the numerical simulation soft of ANSYS, then the correctness of modeling and analysis was verified by experiment. The results of model analysis show that the punch may be easily destroyed when excitation frequency approaches to the eighth natural frequency. As a result, the screw punch should be reinforced in the weak rigidity portion obtained by natural frequency, then the resonant response could be analyzed and the response of screw punch under the external excitation was analyzed so as to proofread the maximum speed of screw punch under the salt situation and avoid working at the resonant frequency.
