摘 要:螺旋压力机模架是装夹锻模并传递压力机打击运动的主要构件,为了提高模架的利用率,开发了一种组合式锻模通用模架,可适用于各种类螺旋压力机。该模架借助两组导柱和导套的导向装置,提高了装模速度、锻件精度及减少锻模错移;该组合式锻模模架通用性好,实现了模块的标准化,可在螺旋压力机上一次安装单个或多个方模或圆模模块;同时模架结构简单且制造方便。生产实践表明,这种组合式锻模通用模架结构节约了大量模具钢材料,实现了多工步、多模膛的锻造方式,提高了设备利用率和锻造效率。Mold carrier of screw press is the main component for clamping forging die and transmitting motion of press. To improve the unilization rate of mold carrier, a combined general mold carrier for forging die was developed, which was applied to various types of screw press. The installation speed of die and forging precision were improved and the die displacement was reduced by using the mold carrier with guiding device of two groups of guide pin and guide sleeve. The mold carrier has good commonality which realized the standardization of module, and one or more square or circular modules can be installed in the screw press one time. At the same time, the structure of carrier is simple and easy for manufacturing. The production practice shows that by using this kind of cartier, a large amount of steel ma- terial are saved, the forging way of multiple steps and muhiple die cavities is completed, and the unilization rate of equipment and forging efficiency are greatly improved.
