摘 要:目的:利用CBCT影像对中国北方汉族人上颌前牙区骨解剖标志进行洲量。方法:2009—12~2012—12在佳木斯大学附属口腔医院口腔种植科就诊的以“上颌前牙区缺失”为主诉的患者61例。测量全部符合纳入标准的上颌中切牙、侧切牙、尖牙牙体长轴处的可用骨高度和宽度。所得数据输入SPSS15.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:中国北方人上颌前牙区牙缺失后,46例上颌中切牙可用骨高度(17.46±4.02)mm,可用骨宽度(6.13±1.86)mm;36例上颌侧切牙可用骨高度(17.12±3.66)mm,可用骨宽度(5.77±2.01)mm,17例上颌尖牙可用骨高度(18.16±3.92)mm,可用骨宽度(6.80±2.23)mm。结论:中国北方汉族人上颌前牙区域牙缺失后可用骨宽度男女差异显著。CBCT是一种在上颌前牙复杂解剖位置进行三雏测量的有益工具。Objective: To measure the Bone anatomic landmark in maxillary anterior region of Northern Chinese Han with cone beam CT. Method: We analyzed 61 cases hospitalized in the stomatological hospital of Jiamusi university from December 2009 to December 2012 who were complainting "missing teeth in maxillary anterior area". The available height and width bone were measured in the long axis of maxillary incisor, lateral incisor and canne. We analyzed the data with SPSS15. 0 software. Results: In 46 cases, the available height bone of maxillary incisor were(17.46±4.02)ram, and the available bone width were(6.13±1.86)ram; in 36 cases, the available bone height of maxillary lateral incisor were (17. 12 ± 3. 66)ram, and the available bone width were (5.77 ±2.01 ) mm; in 17 cases, the available bone height of maxillary lateral incisor were (18.16 ± 3. 92)mm, and the available bone width were (6. 80-+-2.23)mm, after maxillary anterior tooth were lost among northern Chinese Han. Conclusion: There is a significant difference of available bone width after teeth loss be- tween men and women in northern China. CBCT is an useful three--dimensional measurement tool especially in complex anatomic areas.
