摘 要:微电网和电动汽车(EV)各具优点,微电网中接入EV将成为一种新的EV入网模式。微电网系统中,由于可再生能源发电出力的随机性与不可控性,需要使用蓄电池作为储能装置,保证系统稳定运行。对于不同的能源配置系统,需要不同容量的蓄电池与之匹配。电动汽车接入微电网后,在一定条件下能作为一种储能装置补充微电网原有储能单元,有可能减少微电网电池储能单元所需的容量,从而减小微电网投入成本,提高微电网的经济性。从微电网的经济调度出发,以电动汽车参与微电网运行调度为背景,建立了一种计及电动汽车的微电网储能蓄电池容量的优化模型。针对建立的模型,通过2种算例和2种不同的EV接入模式,采用改进混合整数规划求解出微电网的最佳储能单元容量。Micro-grid and electric vehicle (EV) have the advantage for each of them. Micro-grid accessing EV will become a new network mode for EV to access the grid. In micro-grid system, due to the randomness and uncontrollability of the renewable energy generation output, storage batteries are needed as the energy storage device to ensure the stability of the system. Different energy source configuration systems need storage batteries with different capacity to match with. Under certain conditions, when EV is accessed into micro- grid the energy storage device in EV can be added to supplement the original storage unit in the micro-grid; it is possible to reduce the required capacity of the energy storage unit in the micro-grid, thereby reduce the investment cost of the micro-grid, and improve the economy of the micro-grid. Starting from the economic dispatch of the micro-grid and considering that EV is involved in the micro-grid operation, a capacity optimization model of the micro-grid energy storage battery is established. Based on the established model, with two different EV accessing modes and 2 example scenarios, the improved mixed integer programming method is adopted to solve the optimal capacity of the energy storage units in the micro-grid.
