摘  要:目的:利用Excel软件实现门急诊电子处方分层等比例抽样,为减少处方点评工作量、提高抽样合理性等提供一定参考。方法:以我院医院信息系统(HIS)导出的2013年7月1-15日门急诊电子处方原始数据为例,介绍并演示如何利用Excel软件的函数功能对电子处方进行批量处理,从而实现分层等比例抽样的具体操作步骤,并与人工抽样进行比较。结果与结论:人工抽样需要1名专业人员工作10天完成600张处方,且抽取的样本缺乏代表性和科学性;新方法2小时即可完成总样本量为8 000多张电子处方的抽样。新方法能较快完成电子处方抽样工作,且抽取的样本具有一定的代表性,对已实行电子处方但未建立专门的处方点评系统的医院具有推广和借鉴意义。OBJECTIVE: To achieve stratified sampling of electronic prescriptions by using Excel software, and to provide reference for reducing the workload of prescription assessment and improving sampling rationality. METHODS: According to our HIS, exported the original data of the outpatient electronic prescription dated from 1st to 15th July, 2013 as an example, batch processing of electronic prescription by using the function of Excel software, the specific operating steps of the stratified proportion sampling had been introduced and demonstrated, which was compared with artificial sampling. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: By artificial sampling, 600 prescriptions can be collected by a professional staff in 10 days and are short of representativeness and scientificalness; but more than 8 000 electronic prescriptions can be collected by new method in 2 h. New method can quickly complete the electronic prescription sampling, and also the sample has certain representativeness in this pattern. It has some certain promotion and exchange meaning to these hospital with electronic prescriptions implemented but without special prescription assessment system.
