自拟通络养胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察通络养胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效。方法:采用自拟通络养胃汤为基础治疗本病35例;并设对照组观察32例。疗组口服自拟中药汤剂通络养胃汤,对照组口服胃复春片口服,疗程6个月,进行疗效观察。结果:治疗组证候疗效有效率85.7%,对照组为71.88%(P<0.05);治疗组胃镜疗效和病理疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟通络养胃汤为基础治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效明显。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Tong-luo-yang-wei decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： Using the self-made Tong-luo-yang-wei decoction for nourishing stomach for treatment of 35 cases; the control group was set up in 32 cases, course lasted six months. Results. In treatment group, therapeutic effect of syndrome effective rate was 85.7% , and 71.88% in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; Treatment group efficacy of endoscopy and pathological effects were better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： The self-made Tong-luo-yang-wei decoction for treatment of chronic atrophic gastri- tis is effective.
