摘 要:传统矩形巷道在使用中已出现大量稳定性不足造成的工程事故,阻碍了矩形巷道在矿山回采中的应用与推广。为了改善矩形巷道稳定性,提出1种新型的矩形巷道断面形式,即加圆角的矩形断面。此种断面形式,是利用1/4圆角代替传统矩形巷道的4个直角。通过有限元软件ANSYS进行数值模拟,对比传统矩形巷道与加圆角矩形巷道的位移场和应力场状态,并对圆角矩形巷道的稳定性状态进行研究。结果表明有圆角的改善过后,矩形巷道围岩径向位移量减少,应力集中程度减小,整体稳定性增强。There are a large number of engineering accidents in the application of traditional rectangular tunnel caused by stability problems which hindered the application and popularization of rectangular tunnel in stoping. In order to improve the stability of rectangular tunnel, this article puts forward a new type of rectangular form which named the rectangle cross section with fillet. This kind of section form using a quarter fillet to replace the traditional rectangular tunnel's four right angles. The finite element software ANSYS is used for the numerical simulation to compare with the traditional rectangular tunnels with the fillet section of displacement and stress, and study the stability of the rectangle tunnel with fillets. The research showed that rectangular tunnel radial displacement decreased, the stress concentration decreased, the overall stability increased after the improving of fillets.
