摘 要:应力损伤-渗流耦合作用下巷道变形破坏严重,为解决此类条件下支护困难的问题,根据朱仙庄煤矿Ⅱ水平第二部胶带机大巷的水文地质资料及初始支护方案,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场观测方法研究了应力损伤-渗流耦合作用下巷道变形破坏的机理,巷道失稳本质上是渗流场、应力场、损伤场三者相互耦合的结果,而渗流水对围岩的侵蚀是巷道变形破坏的关键因素,最后提出了疏水降压、深浅孔预注浆、锚网喷、反底拱、中空注浆锚索、严重区域强韧封层加固的综合支护技术。The deformation and destroy of roadway was serious under the action of stress damaging and seepage coupling, in order to solve the support difficult problem of this condition, according to the hydrogeology data and initial supporting project of the second belt roadway of Zhuxianzhuang Coal Mine Ⅱ level, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and site observation method were applied to study the deformation and destroy mechanism of roadway under the action of stress damaging and seepage coupling, essence of roadway instability is the coupling result of seepage field, stress field and damaging field, the key factor of deformation and destroy of roadway was surround rock eroded by seepage water,meanwhile a comprehensive support technology with lowering pressure and water, grouting in deep and shallow hole, bolt/steel mesh/shotcreting, reversed bottom arch, hollow grouted anchor cable, strong sealing layer and strengthening technology in serious areas was proposed.
