摘 要:针对平原感潮河网的水文水力特性、闸群结构型式及运行调度方式复杂多变等特点,基于一维非恒定流河网水动力学方程,提出了改进的双向迭代内边界控制法求解含有闸、堰的汊点方程,并建立了河网闸群防洪体系优化调度模型。模型经天津市永定新河闸群调度实测资料验证,计算结果与实测资料吻合良好;并应用于该闸群防洪体系的优化调度计算,可根据管理部门提供的各闸调度原则、水文拍报条件以及调度目标确定闸门的启闭时间及方式,为河网闸群综合管理提供有效的决策支持。An optimal model for flood control of multi-sluice system is presented,based on hydrological and hydraulic characteristics of a plain tidal river network,the complexity of sluice-groups structure and dispatching style is considered.The solution for the special river section built with sluices and weirs is put forward by the improved bidirectional-iterating internal boundary control method.This model is applied to the flood routing in the Yongdingxin River in Tianjin with consideration of the complicated conditions of the river network sluice groups.The result shows that the values calculated by the model basically coincide with the measured data.Furthermore,its application to the numerical simulation of the combined regulation of multi-sluices has an active role on integrated management of the river network,based on the hydrological data,scheduling principle,the run-time and dispatching style of the sluice groups,which are determined by the dispatching target.
