摘 要:基于天津新港北铁路集装箱中心站工程,并结合场地状况,对地基处理方案进行研究和比选,选择真空-堆载联合预压法作为地基处理方案。探讨增压防堵真空预压方法和常规真空预压方法、直排式真空预压方法的区别,介绍增压防堵真空预压设计与质量验收要求,并明确设计中相关问题的处理方法。详细论述增压防堵真空预压的监测和检测内容,以及试验段情况。通过试验段的对比试验,验证了采用增压防堵真空预压作为吹填土地基处理方案的正确性。This study was based on the project of Tianjin Xingang north railway container center station. In combination with the geological conditions and after research and comparison on several ground treatment schemes, this study proposed that the vacuum-surcharge combined preloading technology should be selected and used as the ground treatment scheme. And then this study analyzed the differences among the anti-clogging and pressure-boosted vacuum preloading method, the traditional vacuum preloading method, and the direct-discharge vacuum preloading method. Furthermore, this study described the design standard and quality acceptance standard when using anti-clogging and pressure-boosted vacuum preloading technology; and illustrated how to deal with the relevant issues in design. In addition, this study expounded how to monitor and inspect when using anti-clogging and pressure-boosted vacuum preloading technology; and how to design and monitor the experimental section. Finally, by means of comparative experiment in the experimental section, the correctness of using the anti-clogging and pressure-boosted vacuum preloading technology as the dredger-fill ground treatment scheme was verified.
