摘 要:当前,如何考虑列车脱轨撞击结构的作用是我国高速铁路站房设计中亟待解决的问题之一。国际铁路联盟标准方面出版物UIC规程,在国际上具有重要地位,欧洲规范中与铁路有关的条款制定,UIC规程是重要依据之一;我国也把UIC规程作为铁道行业标准的重点采纳标准。规程UIC777-2针对跨铁路线结构提出了在轨道区的设计要求,目标是提出合理的、可操作的方法来尽可能减少由于列车脱轨撞击跨线结构及邻线结构而引起的危害。就欧洲规范UIC777-2中的结构设计策略、设计方法及预防保护措施在欧洲的实际应用情况进行介绍,目的是适当吸取国际铁路联盟的有益经验,为进一步提出适用于我国高速铁路站房抵御高速列车脱轨撞击的设计方法奠定基础。At present, how to consider the action on building structure coming from the impact of derailed train is one of the problems to be urgently solved in the design of high-speed railway station buildings in China. The UIC code, which belongs to standard publications of the International Union of Railways, has an important status in the international, is one of the important bases of European codes when formulating the clauses in relation to railway, and also is emphatically adopted by railway industry in China. The design requirement on building structures built over railway lines in track zone has been stipulated in the code UIC777-2, in order to provide a rational and operable method to reduce as far as possible the harm caused by accidental impact of derailed train against the building structures which are built over or nearby railway lines. In this paper, the design strategy, design method, and the practical application of the preventative and protective measures in code UIC777-2 were introduced, with the aim of learning from the useful experience in the UIC code and laying a foundation, so that a suitable design method will be developed in the future for China's high-speed railway station buildings which will be able to withstand the impact of high-speed derailed train.
